Orders received on a weekend or court holiday are sent to a process server the next business day. Turnaround is counted from the day the server receives the job, and attempts may be made on any day, including evenings and weekends.
Restraining orders, evictions, and orders due 8 days or less from submission are always attempted as Rush. Turnaround depends on server availability. Additional pages over 20 are $0.20 per page, per party served; subpoena witness fees carry a 10% surcharge.
